1%COACH teams kick-off
Most of you know that the 1%CLUB could not do without the super motivated 1%COACHES who help getting the best out of every 1%PROJECT proposal!
In July a new batch of 1%COACHES will be trained, making a total of over 70 1%COACHES! In order to provide more support and bonding, the 1%COACHES are now divided into four coach groups. Together with 1%PROJECT assistants Marie and Marleen, I am proud to guide 1%COACH group 3!
Through the 1%COACH groups more bonding between coaches and the 1%CLUB is created. 1%COACHES can easily share their issues on Workvoices or ask their personal 1%PROJECTassistants for guidance.
The 1%COACH groups will also regularly get together to discuss 1%COACH issues and share best practices while enjoying a drink! Here you can see a video of the first 1%COACH “borrel” of 1%COACH group 3! I bet everyone wants to become a 1%COACH now!!! Interested? Mail Margreet!
